Hello! I am a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying journalism and film, with a career goal of pursuing written journalism after graduation.
I am the City & State Editor at The Daily Tar Heel, where I report and edit stories about local and state news. I have covered topics ranging from Tropical Storm Chantal and national elections to local restaurant openings and festivals.
My reporting has also appeared in The Durham Voice, Spoon University, Coulture Magazine, and more. I am passionate about stories that look at the intersection between politics and culture.
